Snapshot

What they do

Clinically led healthcare analytics and technology for physicians, hospitals, and health plans. Enterprise, PE-backed. Plano, Texas.

The shift

Moving from a revenue-cycle services company to a technology-led platform, with marketing carrying the change.

Engagement

Value-First scoping — a four-week diagnosis and plan. Began August 2026.

Delivery

Co-delivered by USS and the Value-First Team.

The relationship

  1. Discovery — first conversation about the team's goals, the company's objectives, and where the current picture breaks down.

  2. Scoping engagement began. First working session held; the real question named and agreed.

  3. Reverse demos — the team walked us through how they actually work, in HubSpot and in the dashboards they've built. The audit begins from there.

Where they started

They came to us with a HubSpot they couldn't fully see — thousands of lists nobody could account for, data their own team called dirty, and an instance carrying the shape of several acquisitions.

The real question underneath isn't how to find new accounts. It's which service line a known account is looking at right now, and which accounts have gone quiet and are worth coming back to. A hospital can be a long-standing customer of one service line and completely new to another.

What we're delivering

The scoping engagement is underway. It replaces "we don't know what we don't know" with a documented current state and an achievable future state — so the next decisions rest on fact, not instinct. The spine of the work is the data model: get it right, so the reporting the team already relies on can be trusted, owned, and maintained. Four deliverables, due by mid-September 2026:

  • Current-state assessment — what the HubSpot instance is actually doing, and where it breaks.
  • Future-state data model — what a contact and a company record need to look like, so a record can be trusted.
  • Operating playbook — how lists are built from real engagement, so the whole thing can be operated day to day.
  • Staffing recommendation — the role CorroHealth needs to own this internally.

In a sentence

We're helping CorroHealth turn a marketing platform they couldn't see into one they can trust and hand to a new hire — foundation first, before any automation.
