Conversational analytics for connected systems — conversight.ai
In conversation — no engagement yetAn AI company providing conversational analytics — AI-powered reporting across a customer's connected systems. Partner-led go-to-market, mid-market.
A scoping conversation, not an engagement. Nothing has been sold and no work has been performed.
First conversation. An inbound approach that moved to a call: how their revenue operations are set up today, what their partner go-to-market motion needs to be able to measure, and what a scoping engagement would involve.
An alignment call with their sales leadership was the agreed next step. Whether it has taken place is not recorded here.
Revenue operations had no dedicated owner. The responsibility sat with marketing leadership alongside their own function, and had done for around eighteen months — HubSpot was in place and had been built out capably, but never given an owner whose job it was.
The consequences they described were specific. Marketing, sales and customer experience each had a view of the business, and none of them was the same view. The partner programme — their growth motion — could not be measured, so there was no way to say which partners were active, enabled, or actually producing. And their contracting system sat apart from their CRM, which left commissions, renewals and revenue at renewal to be assembled by hand or simply left unknown.
The pattern underneath is one we see often enough to have named it: the tools were all present, and none of them were connected in a way that produced a number anyone could rely on.
We understand how their revenue operations are actually put together and what their partner programme would need in order to be measurable — and that understanding is where any engagement here would begin.
